The challenge that awaits you

As a CTO, you will be the architect of our tech vision and the leader of a team of 25 talents (Backend, Frontend, Mobile iOS/Android, Infra, IT Support) organized in agile squads.

Your mission will mainly be to:

• Define and carry the technological vision of Cheerz, in coherence with business ambitions and the expectations of our users;
• Grow and inspire the team: recruit, challenge, support managers and experts, contribute to a culture of innovation;
• Pilot innovation: active vigilance, anticipation of trends (AI, mobile, cloud, security), adoption of best practices and the most relevant technologies for Cheerz;
• Ensure the robustness and scalability of our platforms (web, mobile, infra, back), the security of data and the quality of deliveries;
• Be a visible tech leader: speaking, meetups, articles, representation during audits and exchanges with the Cewe group.

Profile

???? Must have:

• Proven experience: minimum 10 years
• Capable of being hands-on: solid background in architecture, infra, backend; ability to challenge teams on architecture/design and stack.
• Inspiring leader: direct and indirect management experience >15 people, including managers.
• Visionary pragmatist: product appetite, ability to inspire while remaining grounded in business reality
• Culture fit: ability to onboard, managerial courage, self-questioning

• B2C experience
• Experience in transforming architecture/scalability at a large scale
• Knowledge of varied environments: startup/large group, understanding of synergy issues
• ComEx experience
• Experience on large public mobile apps

Stack and environment:

iOS native, Android native, KMP, ReactJS, Ruby On Rails, Ansible, Google Cloud, Scaleway.

Issues: scalability, security, product innovation, internationalization
