Position Summary
The Retail Merchandising Optimization team supports CVS Health's retail business to improve consumer experience and business performance through data science and AI/ ML technologies. Our cross-functional team is agile and works at the forefront of delivering high-visibility products for key CVS Retail strategic priorities. As Director of Product Management, you will be the owner in ensuring our users have a delightful experience in adopting our model-driven recommendations. This is a senior individual contributor role who needs to be able to lead effectively by influence.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 - $288,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
