We're looking for a Head of Product (Director or VP-level) to help us build the Shopify of Auto Parts. If you're a data-driven, customer-obsessed product leader with a strong technical background and a track record of scaling B2B SaaS platforms, this is your chance to leave a legacy.

You'll own the full product org (5 PMs, 2 Designers), report directly to the CEO, and play a critical role in shaping our marketplace, platform, and payments roadmap. We're scaling fast β€” aiming to 3x over the next 3 years β€” and need someone who's equal parts strategic thinker, executor, and passionate eCommerce builder.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the product org (currently 5 PMs, 2 designers)
  • Own product strategy across core product, onboarding, platform, and GTM
  • Drive business outcomes tied to GMV growth, NRR, and platform adoption
  • Champion a high-velocity, data-informed product development culture
  • Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to launch scalable solutions
  • Expand us into new segments (e.g., aftermarket) and activate network effects
  • Build a product roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term innovation

Requirements

  • Track Record of Promotion: You've been recognized and promoted for driving real outcomes β€” not just maintaining process.
  • Startup DNA: You're scrappy, resourceful, and thrive in environments that move fast and aren't fully figured out.
  • B2B eCommerce & SaaS Depth: You've built and scaled B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms β€” ideally in eCommerce.
  • Conviction + Curiosity: You bring strong opinions and challenge the status quo, but listen deeply and evolve fast.
  • Technical Chops: You have a CS degree (or similar), understand how things are built, and collaborate deeply with engineering.

Nice-To-Haves

  • Experience with automotive tech or parts ecosystems
  • Background in marketplace dynamics, payments, or fulfillment tech
  • Prior experience in a similar role at companies like Shopify, Faire, or Flexport
  • SQL or hands-on analytics skills

$200,000 - $300,000 a year
